Based on the role that represents by the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority in promoting culture and spread knowledge that seeks to continue its service, Our Smart Application has been developed in order to provide smart services to the general beneficiaries so as to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Authority in providing special/smart services with a high interest to the public to fulfill their visions and aspirations.
